- This is a home health position, and you will work with doctors, patients, and support systems to provide best-in-class care for return to health and activity.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working as a Licensed Physical Therapist, Current/active Physical Therapy License - State of California, BLS Certification, and strong attention to detail and time management skills required.
- Experience with computers, Microsoft Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
Key Responsibilities: Assess the environment to ensure safe mobility and recommend equipment to enhance therapy, work with patients in their homes to evaluate their mobility, strength, and function, and establish goals to improve balance, walking, strength, and patient education.
