Provide your expertise within Walmart locations

As an Optometrist Partner operating within our Walmart facilities, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care focused on eye health and overall wellness.

As an independent practitioner, you have the flexibility to:
  • Determine your practice days
  • Set your working hours
  • Manage your patient appointments
  • Establish your fee structure
  • Retain 100% of examination and professional fees
For a competitive market rate, you may choose to access:
  • Necessary equipment and instruments
  • Administrative and/or Optometric Technician support services (where permitted by state law)
Essential Qualifications for a leasing agreement:
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from a recognized optometry institution
    • Current state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
    • Current state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Insurance Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9 form
