Role SummaryWe are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Maintenance Manager in the management of plant operations. The successful candidate will take charge of overseeing maintenance personnel, collaborating with various departments, guiding mechanics, enhancing equipment efficiency, and upholding safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee maintenance department staff
- Collaborate with other operational units
- Guide and develop maintenance mechanics
- Implement maintenance strategies
- Enhance the performance of existing machinery
- Supervise maintenance of building systems
- Assess asset functionality
- Uphold safety regulations
- Train and mentor maintenance personnel
- High school diploma; technical certification is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Background in the food production industry
- 2+ years of experience managing maintenance teams
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to thrive in a diverse work environment
- Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours
