About the Role
Mental Health Nurse Practitioners play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to adult patients. As an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will provide outpatient care to patients with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans and deliver effective care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized treatment plans
- Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Prescribes medications and orders diagnostic tests as needed
- Records patient data and presents case summaries to the medical team

Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited institution
- Current Massachusetts APRN/CNP license
- Board Certification in Psychiatric Nursing (PMHNP-BC)
- Minimum three years' experience as an independent practitioner
