The successful candidate will manage projects within the ETSU Program from design to completion, overseeing project planning, budgets, schedules, and safety compliance. They will also collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and public agencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and 3+ years of capital improvements project management experience, ideally in water/wastewater. You will also need strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and environmental regulations, as well as California Professional Engineer (Civil or Mechanical) registration.
