Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse, RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals in their homes, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals in their homes, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in psychiatric nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Minimum 1 year (BSN degree) or 2 years (ASN degree) Behavioral Health/Psych nursing experience and/or certification required.
- 1 year of experience in Acute Care and/or Med-Surg preferred.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
