About This Opportunity:

Sentara Healthcare is seeking a talented and motivated Electrophysiology Specialist to join our team at Sentara CarePlex Hospital. As a key member of our electrophysiology department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  3. Participate in ongoing education and training, maintaining current knowledge and skills in electrophysiology.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in cardiovascular technology or a related field preferred.
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or equivalent certification.
  • 0-1 year of experience in electrophysiology or a related field; training or certification programs may be considered.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
