Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees and side dishes, following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Store and label food items according to company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of food served to our customers.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing required documentation, reports, and logs.
