At Maxime's, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As the Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every aspect of the bar and lounge areas meets the highest standards.

You will be responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and hospitality experiences. You will also be required to work closely with the Beverage Director to develop and implement service standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced bartenders and servers to deliver exceptional service and hospitality experiences to our guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service between the restaurant and bar areas.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and security throughout the bar and lounge areas.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service and meet the high standards expected at Maxime's.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
