Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, marketing for new and continued customer business, and preparing and processing loans and income tax returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, both on the phone and in-person.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales
- Market for new and continued customer business, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Loan and Tax Preparation
- Prepare and process loans and income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
