Manufacturing Technician

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Accurpress Inc. in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly line operations.
Duties:
- Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Operate various power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Inspect finished products for defects or issues, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the fabrication of components as needed, contributing to overall production goals.
- Operate forklifts as required for moving materials within the manufacturing facility.
Requirements:
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly line work preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and general manufacturing practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a factory or warehouse setting, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Capability to lift and move materials as needed throughout the assembly process.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues during assembly.
- Willingness to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
