Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blending Technician to join our team at Solucion LLC in Mooresville, NC. As a Blending Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and blend ingredients according to written procedures and customer formulas
  • Verify ingredients for correct quantities, item numbers, expiration dates, and quality
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Complete required documentation, including batch sheets and blending instructions
  • Maintain traceability and inventory integrity by allocating ingredients used in each batch
  • Interact with auditors, customers, and government officials in a professional and polite manner
  • Knowledge of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Processes
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic knowledge of weight and measures
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull up to 55 lbs frequently
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
Working Conditions

This is a temp-to-hire position with a rotating schedule. The pay rate is $16.00/hr.
