Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Life Enrichment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate resident interests and involvement in life skills programs
  • Develop and implement life skills tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities
  • Engage residents in life skills activities throughout the day and evening
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of life skills programming supplies
  • Provide daily care for residents' animals and/or plants as part of the life skills program
Requirements
  • One year of experience working with memory-impaired seniors
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification(s) may be required per state regulations
  • Ability to motivate and encourage residents; knowledge of adapting life skills to cognitive and functional abilities
  • Ability to work semi-independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office
