We are seeking a skilled Kickback Host to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a Kickback Host, you will be responsible for preparing the 5:30 Kickback and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the 5:30 Kickback and ensure a high standard of food safety and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen/lobby area, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Assist guests with Kickback service, including food preparation and clean up.
- Ensure supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
- Ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests to create a warm and comfortable environment.
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
