**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Stringed Instrument Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide top-notch maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments* Maintain store-owned gear as requested* Complete warranty repair work* Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience* Work through Guitar Center's certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques*
**Requirements:**
* Skilled understanding of repairing guitars* Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products*
