KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and support.
  • Oversee that all aspects of patient treatment are fulfilled.
  • Address and resolve conflicts between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Act as a point of contact for patient concerns regarding their care.
  • Promote patient advocacy and education.
  • Enhance operational efficiency within the clinic.
  • Provide mentorship and training to clinical staff, equipping them with essential skills for high-quality care delivery.
  • Facilitate Clinical Staff Meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Physician, Administrator, Human Resources Manager, and Care Coordinators to ensure compliance with all quality healthcare standards.
  • Develop and manage clinical staff schedules.
  • Coordinate with the team to align schedules with clinic needs.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of clinical personnel.
  • Maintain a comprehensive list of ongoing tasks and projects within the clinical team, offering feedback and updates to leadership.
  • Work alongside the leadership team to explore new revenue opportunities.
  • Regularly assess processes and documentation to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Registered Nurse (RN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a Clinical Supervisory role preferred.
