Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
  • Schedule deliveries to warehouses and distribution centers across the United States.
  • Track shipments using Excel and SAP systems.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and logistics teams to resolve any shipment delays or issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics, with knowledge of import/export procedures a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Excel Pivot Tables/Vlookups.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and effective communication skills.
