Additionally, you will oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and staff performance evaluations. A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and relevant certifications are required. About the Role:
- Create and maintain a culture of excellence within the therapy department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:
A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Relevant experience in healthcare management and leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
