About the Opportunity

The Harold Grinspoon Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Research and Evaluation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our evaluation team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of evaluation strategies for our flagship program, PJ Library.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement data collection and analysis processes to track and measure program outcomes
  • Develop and refine survey questions to gauge participant satisfaction and self-reported impact, as well as to inform program strategy
  • Analyze survey results and provide recommendations to improve survey response rates and program effectiveness
  • Liaise with vendors to manage survey programming and reporting
  • Assist in the creation and content development for program mailings and email surveys
  • Build reports for internal stakeholders summarizing results of analytics activities
  • Analyze open-ended survey responses and qualitative feedback to identify meaningful themes
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
  • Demonstrated analytical experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Research, Analytics, Measurement/Evaluation, or related field; graduate degree preferred
  • Experience with survey research and statistical analysis software a plus
