Position Summary

We are in search of a talented and seasoned Lead Solutions Architect to become a vital part of our organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting and executing cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance our healthcare marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will work alongside diverse teams to ensure our solutions are robust, secure, and in alignment with our strategic goals. This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of two days per week spent on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Architectural Design:
    • Lead the creation and architecture of extensive technology solutions that bolster healthcare marketing initiatives.
    • Guarantee that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to the highest security and performance standards.
    • Review and write code to implement architectural designs, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  2. Technical Guidance:
    • Offer technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, assisting them in navigating complex technical challenges.
    • Promote best practices in software development, data management, and system integration.
    • Engage in hands-on programming to establish standards and demonstrate best practices.
  3. Web Development Oversight:
    • Supervise the development of web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance.
    • Lead front-end development initiatives, utilizing contemporary frameworks and technologies to create compelling user interfaces.
    • Write and maintain code for front-end components, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  4. Integration Solutions:
    • Design and implement solutions that integrate with various platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and enhanced marketing capabilities.
    • Utilize data from these platforms to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
    • Develop and maintain integration scripts and middleware to facilitate data flow.
  5. DevOps Practices:
    • Implement and manage DevOps methodologies to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
    • Ensure that continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are efficient and effective.
    • Write and maintain scripts for build automation, deployment, and infrastructure management.
    • Oversee website hosting environments, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performance.
  6. Innovation and Improvement:
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on our solutions and business strategies.

    • Participate in coding tasks within projects to ensure alignment with architectural standards and project goals.
  8. Quality Control:
    • Oversee the quality assurance process, including code reviews, testing, and deployment to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability.
    • Engage in hands-on testing and debugging to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, software development, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure technology solutions.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms and modern software development frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in web development and front-end technologies.
  • Familiarity with various marketing platforms.
  • Experience in leading Scrum meetings and working within agile methodologies.
  • Experience in website hosting management.
  • Experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices.
  • Proficient in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
  • Experience in the healthcare or marketing industry is advantageous.
  • Must be able to work on-site a minimum of 2 days per week.
