About the Role:

The Museum School of Avondale Estates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registrar to join our team. As the primary point of contact for student records and enrollment, the successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including demographics, attendance, and academic information.
  • Enrollment and Registration: Process new student enrollments, manage lottery processes, and ensure accurate data entry in Infinite Campus.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to requests from students, parents, and staff regarding student records and enrollment.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate and submit reports to DeKalb County officials and provide data analysis to support school decision-making.
  • Office Administration: Perform receptionist duties, aid in implementing front office policies and procedures, and provide general administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an administrative support position, preferably in a school office setting.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, including experience with Infinite Campus or similar Student Information Systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with staff members, students, parents, and community members.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
