Qualifications
  • Master's degree or currently enrolled in a Master's degree program
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within 12 months of degree completion
  • Supervision hours either in progress or completed as per BACB requirements
  • Certification, registration, and/or licensure as mandated by local laws for delivering behavioral treatment

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver behavior treatment protocols to clients as required
  • Provide clinical guidance to technicians as necessary
  • Assist behavior analysts with protocol modifications, assessments, family treatment guidance, and clinical programming
  • Adhere to guidelines regarding time allocation for non-billable activities
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data collection and documentation
  • Complete mandatory training sessions and participate in required meetings
  • Document services provided in a timely and accurate manner according to company policies
  • Promptly report any clinical or scheduling issues
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
