About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Field Service Technician to join our team at Lippert. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers in the RV and marine industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support and repair services to customers in the field, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  2. Use electronic measurement equipment, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, to diagnose and repair complex electronic systems.
  3. Travel extensively throughout Indiana and Michigan, visiting customers and performing repairs at their facilities.
  4. Collaborate with our product support team to resolve technical issues and provide expert advice to customers.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent, with a related associate's degree or technical certification.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in electronics field service or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
  5. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, with a strong physical presence and stamina.
