Job Summary:

The Marcus Corporation is seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, reporting, and filing.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
  • Availability: Availability to work 3rd shift, 11pm-7am, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front desk role is preferred.
