Medical Surgical Nurse Position in Portland, Oregon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical-Surgical nurse to join our team in Portland, Oregon. This travel nursing position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with patients in various stages of recovery from surgery or illness.
About the Job:

Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patient care needs, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- Degree from accredited nursing program
- BLS Certifications
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $145,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay and direct deposit, full coverage of all credentialing fees, private housing or housing allowance, group health insurance for you and your family, tax-free stipend amount to be determined, company-paid life and disability insurance, travel reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and unlimited referral bonuses starting at $500.
