Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee resident care needs by coordinating and delegating nursing personnel
  • Create a nurturing atmosphere by offering assistance to residents and their families
  • Respond to inquiries from residents and staff, providing necessary information
  • Uphold a secure and tidy work environment by adhering to established guidelines
  • Safeguard resident privacy by supervising the handling of confidential information
  • Administer documentation related to resident care services
  • Encourage collaboration among healthcare teams

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care is required
  • Should demonstrate strong leadership qualities as a Team Director for all staff members
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills
