Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in cash handling and leadership.
  • Relevant experience in a cashier or cash handling role is required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with timekeeping and purchasing software.
  • Familiarity with cash counting equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to hear, sit, talk, and use hands frequently.
  • Occasional standing and walking required.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Mental Demands:

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training and evaluating the performance of staff.

Work Environment:

  • This position is primarily indoors in a casino setting, with standard office equipment used regularly.
  • Exposure to smoke may occur in the work environment.
