About Renown Health:
Our organization is committed to providing outstanding patient care. We cater to a broad spectrum of patients, including those in general wards, intensive care units, emergency rooms, pediatrics, and neonatal intensive care. We take pride in our status as a level 2 trauma center and level 3 NICU.
Key Duties:
- Conduct thorough respiratory evaluations and create tailored care strategies.
- Implement advanced respiratory interventions, including ventilator management and pulmonary function assessments.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care results.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding respiratory wellness and condition management.
- Engage in research initiatives and quality enhancement projects.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of respiratory therapy.
Qualifications:
Education:
Fluency in English is essential.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Respiratory Care within a critical care environment is required.
Licenses:
An active Respiratory Care Practitioner License from the State of Nevada and RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care are mandatory.
Certifications:
Current AHA BLS certification is required, with AHA ACLS & PALS certifications to be obtained within 6 months.
Technical Skills:
Capability to fulfill online training requirements and utilize digital resources effectively.
