Job Title: GV Lead Consultant

ADP is seeking a highly skilled GV Lead Consultant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP HR/Payroll implementation to lead our clients through the entire process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP HR/Payroll systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct blueprinting workshops to gather client requirements and ensure proper understanding of existing data, information, and processes.
  • Work with clients and their previous vendors to gather all necessary data and information.
  • Provide analysis and solutions to clients to enhance their HR practices or match their processes with ADP's operation standards.
  • Design and document client solutions, including business requirements, HR outsourcing processes, and program specifications.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phase, providing assistance as needed.
  • Provide end-user training, including creating training materials and training systems.
  • Generate test scripts to enable clients to test the solution.
  • Support clients throughout the UAT, Parallel, and Go-Live phases.
  • Escalate project issues to the Implementation Manager, including scope variations, task slippages, and risks.
Requirements:
  • University degree or above in Computer Science or Information Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP HR/Payroll industry.
  • Certified SAP HR/Payroll Consultant is preferred.
  • Professional manner and presentation, with the ability to set, manage, and satisfy client expectations.
  • Ability to understand and work with different cultures professionally.
  • Client-focused, with a demonstrated concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently across various internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio to update and maintain documentation/presentations/demonstration.
  • At least 2 full life cycle implementations.
