Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing your sales pipeline, and executing strategies to onboard new agents.
  • Utilize various prospecting techniques, including networking, email outreach, cold calling, and in-person presentations to engage potential agents.
  • Design and implement a sales strategy that aligns with business development objectives and activity goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents and prospects to achieve both individual and team revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to agents' offices to assess their progress and enhance their business potential.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to reflect the current status of agents and prospects.

Qualifications

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on generating new business.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an outside sales role, ideally within the title insurance or B2B sectors.
  • A proven ability to cultivate relationships that lead to successful sales outcomes.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as travel to meet agents is a regular requirement.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $53,000 to $95,000 USD, with additional compensation components such as commissions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, generous vacation time, and paid family bonding leave.
