Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Levy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional beverage experiences and providing outstanding customer service.

About the Role:

  • As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
  • You will adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Maintaining stock, preparing, curing, and storing all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
  • Greeting guests in a courteous, friendly manner and taking and/or processing orders for drinks.
  • Mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of liquor laws and the ability to detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained.
