We're seeking an exceptional Senior Web Project Manager to lead our digital transformation projects and deliver high-quality results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience managing complex, integrated client projects in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, WordPress, or Sitecore.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
