Dental Assistant Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the clinical needs of our patients and doctors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist during a variety of treatment procedures, including taking dental x-rays, setting up and breaking down operatory post-treatment, and executing patient handoffs and monitoring patient flow within the practice.
- Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment, and educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
- Complete denture soft relines and manufacture temporary crowns, perform quality impressions and bite registrations, and perform digital intraoral scans.
- Support patient charting for doctors and perform various office tasks as necessary, collaborating with the practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a high school diploma or equivalent and active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
