Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dining Room Care Manager to provide exceptional dining and table services to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality care and attention in our dining rooms and designated areas.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dining service to residents, setting a positive tone for their dining experience
  • Assist in training team members to maintain our high standards of service
  • Maintain proper dining room setup, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist in special events, such as holiday meals and themed dining experiences
  • Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area meets our cleanliness and readiness standards
  • Assist in table top inventory maintenance, ensuring we have the necessary supplies
  • Handle food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
