The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account residents' unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
