About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandise Stocking Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store's inventory is accurately managed and up-to-date.

Your duties will include:

  • Receiving and processing merchandise shipments from vendors and drivers
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records using company software
  • Coordinating with vendors and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting members and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve any issues they may have. Additionally, you will maintain a safe and secure store environment by following company policies and procedures.

You will complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while meeting productivity standards.
