  • Knowledge of the permitting process, relevant codes, and criteria.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing construction plans and technical reports.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and have access to reliable transportation.
