Overview

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with medically necessary physical therapy needs, documenting clear treatment plans.
  • Maintain open communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, and third-party payors.
  • Attend facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
  • CPR certification required.
