Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for performing various tasks including repair duties, maintaining green spaces, and responding to clients' maintenance requests.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing basic tasks such as painting, filling crevices, and managing maintenance repairs.
  • Conducting repairs on buildings, properties, equipment, or appliances.
  • Detecting and reporting the need for major maintenance repairs.
  • Responding to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Repairing plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
  • Performing field tasks on new construction sites as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess outstanding problem-solving skills, be physically fit, and have a strong technical knowledge base.

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role.
  • Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
  • Extremely organized with good communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
