We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Associate to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas as assigned.
- Support inventory management processes, including receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating stock, and conducting inventory counts.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
