Job Summary

This position will serve as a key partner to the New Business Supervisors for UA and Military/ESD and LNL teams. The Team Lead will cross-train into all specialist roles to audit, quality control, and provide assistance with policy conversions, policy reissues, accounting, daily reports, annuities, and updating training manuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assigning Underwriters on the UNDR Screens
  • Knowledgeable in all Specialist I Job Duties
  • Some Knowledge in Specialist II job duties
  • Back up for UA NB Supervisor Reports
  • Auditing Reissues and redrafts
  • Complete Supply inventory monthly
  • Help Organize and execute morale objectives
  • Testing for Military and UA NB
  • Special Projects master
  • CWA Report
  • Auditing pending Conversions and Annuities
  • Other duties as required
  • Processing Unpaid EFT in a timely manner once report is received
  • Communication with field sales team regarding Unpaid EFT via LNL EFT email box
  • Assist with and manage Journal Entries Reporting using required Mobius Reports
  • Key paper applications
  • Issue pending policies per the guidelines established by underwriting
  • Issue policies into COD status that have been amended according to underwriting guidelines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years in a job requiring similar skill sets
  • Must have the desire to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities
  • 2+ years experience in a position with deadline-oriented tasks
  • Training experience

  • Complete Leadership and Coaching courses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent organization skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be very detail-oriented
  • Microsoft office required, strong Excel skills
  • Excellent basic math skills
Additional Information

This position requires reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift and the ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
