Job Summary:

HES Facilities is a leading provider of facilities management services specializing in educational institutions. As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitization.
  • Follow directions from the custodial supervisor for additional tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic with a history of reliability and a team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work eight-hour shifts, including weekends, and be physically able to work efficiently and pay attention to detail.
  • Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Previous cleaning experience is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Extended periods of walking and standing.
  • Work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Ability to meet production targets set by the company.
