Assembly Line Worker

Job Summary: JobsRUs is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and manufacture products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Work Schedule: This is a 1st shift position, working Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with mandatory overtime as needed. Every other Saturday may be required to meet production needs.
Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate of $19.34.
- A new hire incentive bonus of $1000, paid in three installments: $200 after 3 months, $400 after 6 months, and $400 after 12 months, provided the employee meets certain performance criteria.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment preferred.
