Job Summary

Webber, LLC is seeking a highly skilled General Services Technician - Infrastructure Management to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing roads and other infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on roads and other infrastructure assets, including pothole repair, striping, and reflector installation.
  • Set up and remove traffic control devices, including cones, message boards, and temporary signage.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including trucks, specialized motor vehicles, and trailers.
  • Work at elevated locations, including bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial platforms lifts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure effective and efficient execution of work requirements.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • CDL, DOT/MTO certifications, and electrical and welding certifications highly desirable.
  • Ability to pass and obtain Advanced MOT Certification desirable.
Work Environment

Work will be performed in a variety of outdoor environments, including extreme heat, cold, wet, and humid weather conditions.

Exposure to live traffic, vehicle exhaust fumes, and airborne particles is possible.

Frequent exposure to moderate to high noise levels and insects, reptiles, and rodents.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, use hands, fingers, handle, physically feel, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to use labor-intensive and powered pneumatic, hydraulic, gas, and electric powered tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work at elevated locations and in confined spaces.
