Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nursing professional to join our team as a Residential Area Manager. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also contributing to the overall success of our facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
- Completed training as a geriatric or general nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
