Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of students in Little Falls, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address each student's unique needs and promote their active participation in classroom activities.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including therapeutic activities and interventions designed to enhance their development and learning.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff members to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
