Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Rapid City, SD. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to work in our Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in step-down and intermediate care nursing, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, from those requiring close monitoring to those who are recovering from surgery.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a step-down or intermediate care setting.
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
