Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
This role requires long hours, including nights and weekends. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm is essential.
