We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Trident Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. As a key member of our multidisciplinary medical imaging team, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in radiological diagnostic procedures, including preparing patients for exams, operating diagnostic equipment, and processing images. A key focus of this role is ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the examination process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for radiological examinations by positioning them correctly and adjusting immobilization devices as needed.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment to capture high-quality images and process them for review by radiologists.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • RT Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. However, please note that actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
