We are seeking an Early Interventionist - Behavioral Care to join our team at Advanced Behavioral Dimensions Llc. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with toddlers, children, and teens with autism and developmental disabilities to help them develop essential skills for everyday life.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement Behavior Support Plans as directed by the BCBA to help individuals overcome challenges
  • Provide direct ABA therapy services in a 1:1 setting to promote skill development
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to identify areas of need and create strategies for improvement
  • Contribute to clinical data collection and maintain accurate records of client progress

Salary Range: $38,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience
